Mission Statement

To provide ethics related guidance, counseling, and education to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) employees as prescribed by the United States Department of Agriculture Ethics Office, by Title 5 Code of Federal Regulations 2635, and by agency regulatory laws and guidelines. These efforts will ensure that citizens and employees have complete confidence in the integrity of the OCFO's operations and programs.
