DPRS Open Season Information is now available online!

All Direct Premium Remittance System enrollees were mailed an Open Season Package during the first week of November. We have placed the Information pages (pages 1-7), along with the Open Season Form 2809 (page 2) on our Web site for your convenience. Please refer to the booklet that was mailed to you for rate information and plan phone numbers. If you have not received your booklet, please call our office at 1-800-242-9630.
