The Tier One Customer Resolution Center (CRC) is under the management of the Associate Chief Financial Officer for Financial Operations, Controller Operations Division (COD), and is staffed by COD's Administrative Payments Branch. CRC is available to assist agency Functional Administrators with the resolution of end-user inquiries on FFIS, FMMI, CPAIS, and other system-related issues.
The mission of CRC is to:
- provide basic application functional knowledge to assist users with work process steps
- provide answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- create and assign trouble tickets
- act as liaison between agency and Tiers Two and Three support staff to resolve issues
