Due to parade schedules in Metairie, our February dinner meeting will be
on Monday, February 12, 2007 at Austin's Restaurant located at 5101 W.
Esplanade Ave. in Metairie (888-5533.)

The social starts at 5:15 with dinner promptly at 6:00 PM.

Ribeye Steak- 14 oz. Ribeye drizzled with Garlic Butter served with
Potatoes and Seasoned Vegetables.

Pecan Crusted Trout - Pecan Crusted Trout atop with a Meuniere Sauce
accompanied with Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables.

The price is $23 for Members and $46 for Non-Members (1 hr CPE)
